Originally opened in 1995, Outlets at Anthem was formerly known as the Prime Outlets. When the Craig Realty Group (CRG) saw the opportunity of the outlet’s potential to be a shopping destination across the valley, the development and management firm purchased it. The company has 11 centers across the country and it is currently developing 9 additional centers.

CRG’s dedication to give the best shopping experience to the customers is achieved through the quality of design and construction of Outlets at Anthem. When the property was purchased, the company had an additional 40,000 square-feet which brings more brand retailers. The shopping center also expanded its covered parking spaces to 300 for its customers.

The spacious outlet center has different amenities which provide an accessible atmosphere to the shoppers. One of the best amenities of Outlets at Anthem, which most shoppers agreed, is the resort style restroom. This amenity is highly commended by the shoppers because of its cleanliness. The outlet center also features other services and amenities which include free Wi-Fi, ATM, gift card purchases, cabanas, lounge areas, outdoor seating, wheelchairs and strollers rental center and fountains. It also has a play area for children and a covered atrium.

The outdoor outlet center offers different stores such as men and women apparel, kid’s apparel, footwear, sportswear, health and beauty and home and appliance center. It has over 60 brands which include Coach Factory, Nike, BCBGMAXAZRIA, Polo Ralph Lauren, Under Armour and Bose Factory Store. Shoppers can also dine in any of the 10 restaurants and specialty food stores which are mostly located at the food pavilion.
