Hilton Village

The Shops at Hilton Village is one of the most affluent shopping destinations in Scottsdale. The shopping center is located in an educated community with 45% of residents that hold Bachelor degrees and higher. It is located in the center of “Resorts Corridor” that has over 8.6 million visitors a year.

The shopping center was acquired in 2012 by RED Development. The commercial real estate company has shown its dedication in maximizing the value of its 33 properties. Many third party owners had entrusted their properties to RED for the improvement of their properties’ profitability. The Shops at Hilton Village is not an exemption as the developer has already presented a plan that will improve the shopping center.

The plan will include new shops and restaurants that will provide the needs of the shoppers. The Chico’s which was located in The Borgata now opens its doors at Hilton Village. Urbayn is also expected to open in the latter part of the year. The CVS store is something to expect as the construction of the 15,000 sq. ft. store has just started while Exclusively Big & Tall will have its renovation.

The current shops that you can visit are Brady Grady, Hall of Frames, The Linen Tree, Allure Nails, European Wax Center, Kalologi360 Spa, Mood Swings Salon & Spa, Dolce Boutique, Patrick James, Suk-Hui LTD, Sylvia’s and Gotta Have It! Services are also offered by the different establishments such as Chase Bank, Optical Expressions, State Farm and Wells Fargo Bank.

The renovation of existing restaurant, The Good Egg, is also part of the plan.
